Payment Terms and Refund Policy
At Think Tech Consultancy (“we”, “us”, or “our”), we provide consultancy services for payment gateway approval, website development, SEO, and digital marketing. Please read the following payment terms and refund policy carefully:
1. Payment Terms:
Payment Gateway Approval Consultancy:
- For payment gateway approval consultancy services, we require an advance payment of 70% of the total amount before initiating the approval process.
- The remaining 30% of the total amount is due after the approval of the payment gateway.
Website Development, SEO, and Digital Marketing:
- For website development, SEO, and digital marketing services, we require 100% of the total amount to be paid in advance before initiating the project.
2. Refund Policy:
Payment Gateway Approval Consultancy:
- In the event that the payment gateway approval is rejected due to any discrepancy in the client’s business model or provided documents, the advance payment of 70% will not be refunded.
- If the client has paid 100% of the total amount upfront and the payment gateway approval is rejected, 30% of the total amount will be refunded at the end of the month.
- The reason for not refunding the advance payment of 70% is that our team completes all the necessary requirements, such as website requirements and document submissions, as per the payment gateway’s policy before initiating the approval process. Therefore, the advance payment is non-refundable.
Website Development, SEO, and Digital Marketing:
- Once the website development, SEO, or digital marketing process is initiated and payment is received, no refunds will be provided.
