These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the services provided by Think Consultancy (“we”, “us”, or “our”) to clients (“you” or “your”) in relation to payment gateway approval process, website development, SEO, and digital marketing services. 7. Termination:

• Either party may terminate the agreement for services upon written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement and fails to remedy the breach within a reasonable period.

8. Governing Law:

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gov. of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gov. of Pakistan.
